Jennifer Rene Psaki


 Jennifer Rene Psaki, an American political advisor, was the 34th White House Press Secretary from 2021 to 2022. As a member of the Democratic Party she has previously worked in the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009–2011) and the spokesperson of the US Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns for CNN from 2017 until 2020. Psaki's career began in 2001, when she was working for the reelection campaigns of Tom Harkin, an Iowa Democrats for the U.S. Senate. Psaki became John Kerry's press secretary deputy in 2004. Psaki worked from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director of Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki returned in 2012 to political communications, serving as the press secretary of President Obama's 2012 reelection campaign. [20] Psaki resigned as spokesperson for United States Department of State on February 11, 2013. It was believed that she was to replace Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21] However, Josh Earnest was announced to replace Carney on May 30th the 30th of May, 2014. She returned to the White House in 2015 to be the director of communications. She remained with the Obama administration until its end.
